How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain clearance items may be final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, PSEUDIO ships exclusively within Canada to ensure the fastest delivery times and best service for our local customers.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent containing a link to your tracking information. You can also track your status through your account dashboard.
