Securely place your unworn, unwashed garments back into their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original brand tags remain attached.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local PSEUDIO storefront.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
